Yellow Spot 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey

Not simply finished: whiskey matured for a full 12 years in bourbon barrels, sherry butts and, uniquely, Spanish Malaga casks. Where Green Spot is green apple, Yellow Spot is juicy red apple.

Honey and pot still spice; coffee, milk chocolate, crème brûlée, red apple and toasted oak, finishing with red grape and dry barley.
