Collection: Cognac

Cognac is brandy from a small region of south-west France, double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in French oak. Its grading tells you how long it has rested.

VS (Very Special) is aged at least two years: lively and fruity, superb in a Sidecar or with ginger ale. VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) has at least four years, bringing more oak, vanilla and spice. XO (Extra Old) is aged at least ten years and offers real depth: dried fruit, candied orange, nuts and leather, best savoured neat. Beyond these sit prestige blends and single-estate cognacs from smaller growers, made for collectors and milestone occasions.
