Widow Jane Apple Wood Rye

A blend of straight rye whiskeys from Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn, finished with toasted applewood staves alongside the oak. It builds on Widow Jane's Paradigm Rye, keeping rye's peppery spice and herbal edge while adding a softer, fruit-forward layer.

Expect baked apple, citrus, a wisp of wood smoke and warming spice. The apple is subtle and woven through the whiskey rather than sitting on top. A distinctive rye for sipping neat or stirring into a Manhattan.
