White Rabbit Czech Premium Pale Lager

A traditional Czech-style premium pale lager, brewed in Cape Town by the independent Afro Caribbean Brewing Company. Pilsner, Munich Light and Melano malts give it a proper backbone of fresh bread, light biscuit and gentle sweetness, while Saaz hops bring an herbal, earthy, lightly spiced character.

It pours brilliant gold with a fluffy white head. At 4.8% ABV and 45 IBU, the bitterness is firm but well judged, leaving a dry, crisp finish. A lager with real character that stays easy to drink.
