Whispering Angel Rosé 2024 continues the legacy of Château d’Esclans, crafting what has become one of the benchmark rosés of Provence. The 2024 vintage is described by wine writer Matthew Jukes as “one of the finest vintages he has ever seen in Provence.”

Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, the wine is produced from vineyards in the Côtes de Provence appellation, with meticulous sorting and vinification to preserve freshness and finesse.

Tasting Notes

Colour: A beautifully pale pink, delicately luminous and inviting.

Nose: Bright and expressive, the aroma opens with vibrant red berry notes—strawberry and raspberry—alongside delicate white-flower and subtle herbaceous hints. A fine minerality underpins the fruit.

Palate: Fresh, clean and refined. The palate delivers crisp red-fruit flavours (redcurrant, cherry) with a delicate citrus zest and gentle floral undertones. The texture is smooth, balanced by acidity and a moderate body.

Finish: A smooth and round finish with no harsh astringency. The aftertaste retains the red berries, subtle floral echoes, and a clean, refreshing minerality that underscores the Provence terroir.
