A small production from carefully selected grapes, fermented in French and American oak for nine months, with weekly bâtonnage and no malolactic fermentation.
Light gold, with dried mango, ripe white pear and ginger; bright ripe lemon and dried mango with a chalky finish. A bold, characterful wine.
