An elegant, dry Provence-inspired rosé made from an unusual blend of nine red grapes, led by Shiraz and Tempranillo, mostly from Waterford Estate in Stellenbosch.

Just three hours of skin contact during whole-bunch pressing gives its pale blush. A mild 2025 season kept it fresh and beautifully balanced. Perfect for summer lunches.
