A premium Stellenbosch Chenin Blanc built on old vines, mainly from a 1966 vineyard in Bottelary that's part of South Africa's Old Vine Project.

Low yields give concentration and texture. Instead of new oak, Waterford ferments and matures it in concrete eggs, keeping fruit and minerality to the fore. Textured yet vibrant.
