Waterford Estate Kevin Arnold Shiraz 2021

One of Waterford's signature wines, named for the estate's founding winemaker and former cellarmaster, Kevin Arnold.

The 2021 is 91% Shiraz and 9% Mourvèdre for savoury depth. A long ripening season gave concentration with freshness, and 20 months in older French oak and foudre keep the fruit and perfume to the fore.
