Waterford Blanc de Blancs Cap Classique 2019

A limited prestige Cap Classique made only from Chardonnay grown on Waterford Estate in Stellenbosch, on shallow gravel and white clay that give a mineral backbone.

Bottle-fermented and aged for an exceptionally long time, it pairs mineral freshness with brioche and nutty depth. The cooler 2019 season added freshness.
