A Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend showcasing the red clay soils on the eastern side of Waterford Estate on the Helderberg.
Though less than 300 metres from the estate's Cabernet blocks, this site gives sweeter fruit, more plushness and softer, velvety tannins. Generous and approachable, yet serious.
