Vuurberg Reserve Red 2019

A bold red blend made by Donovan Rall from Stellenbosch and Swartland vineyards: 48% Petit Verdot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Cinsault.

Half the Cinsault is whole-bunch fermented, the rest destemmed and double-sorted; fermentation is natural, followed by gentle basket pressing.
