Nose: Definite Juniper and pine notes with bright citrus and lingering spice interlaced with green, herby fynbos all beautifully balanced.

Palate: Silky with pine and Juniper. Sweet spiciness from the Grains of Paradise and the citrus with hints of Cardamom and touches of Coriander. Bright, and composed with a floral fynbos presence.

Finish: Spicy with a wonderful balance of earthy fynbos and a piney blend of Juniper.
