Unit 43 Oak Wooded Gin

Unit 43 gin aged on reclaimed oak wine staves, for smooth caramel and earthy spice that open up the juniper.

Smoky, woody and rich, like a vanilla Christmas pudding, with star anise and lingering juniper. A great winter gin, over ice or with Indian tonic.
