Tokara XO Potstill Brandy

Made from a base wine of Chenin Blanc grapes from Tokaras Stellenbosch vineyard and following the traditional Cognac double distillation process done in a copper Pruhlo Alambic potstill, Tokara XO Brandy is slow matured in Limousin French oak barrels for up to 16 years.

The aromas abound with complex notes of fresh vanilla pod, cinnamon and nutmeg spice amplified with dried fig, peach and raisins. In addition, floral aromas flourish with star jasmine and orange blossom. The palate delivers rich flavours of caramel, dried apricots, cocoa butter and spice.  This spirit is one of distinctive character with a fine length.
