The Macallan M Copper - 2023 Release

This is the 2023 edition of The Macallan’s M Copper, from the Macallan's premium M Collection series which celebrates the brand’s ‘six pillars’: natural colour, mastery, the estate, exceptional oak casks, sherry seasoning, and curiously small spirit stills. The latter is what is championed here in a single malt bottled at 42% ABV with its natural colour. Expect flavours of pear and white peach, and a smooth mouthfeel with a finish of toasted oak.

Nose: Sweet banana, pear and white peach combined with malty biscuit, marshmallows, vanilla with a hint of citrus lemon.

Taste:  Pear drops, caramelized banana, and sherbet, developing into malt and spiced oak.

Finish: Long, smooth toasted oak.
