The 2023 edition of M Copper, from The Macallan's premium M Collection. The series celebrates the distillery's six pillars, and this release champions its famously small, copper spirit stills. Bottled at 42% ABV at natural colour.
Sweet banana, pear and white peach on the nose, with malty biscuit, marshmallow, vanilla and a hint of lemon. The palate brings pear drops, caramelised banana and sherbet, developing into malt and spiced oak, with a long, smooth toasted-oak finish.
