The Garajeest Jim Semillon 2019

A quietly expressive Sémillon made with a low-intervention approach, letting vineyard and vintage speak.

Soft citrus, lanolin and subtle herbs, carried by fresh acidity and a gentle waxy texture. Depth without weight, finishing savoury and slightly saline. 14% ABV.
