The Garajeest Bruce Cabernet Franc 2019

A small-batch Cabernet Franc made with minimal interference: wild fermentation, older neutral oak, unfiltered and low in sulphur.

Red berries, wild herbs and a gentle leafy note, with fine tannins, natural acidity and a savoury edge. Bright and drinkable, with real character. About 13.5% ABV.
