Tempel Wines Kattemaai Chenin blanc 2023

A soulful, low-intervention Chenin Blanc from certified old vines planted in 1985 in Wellington.

Nine months in older French oak barrels and foudres balance freshness and complexity: lively acidity, delicate fruit and a creamy, saline finish. Just 40 barrels made.
