Springfield Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc

Named for the incredibly rocky soils it grows in: planting the vines took monumental effort, broken implements and, for the older vineyards, dynamite.

The rock leaves little soil, so the vines yield concentrated, powerful fruit with a flinty, mineral character true to the quartz. Drinks well now or over the next two to three years.
