Springfield Estate The Work of Time

Springfield's Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The vines grew for nine years before the maiden 2001 vintage.

Whole berries are fermented with native yeasts and left five weeks on the skins, then given two slow years in barrel and four more in bottle. Rich, classic and complex from age, of both vine and wine.
