Southern Right Sauvignon Blanc is made in a way ensuring the personality of site and soil is not over-ridden by the forceful character of the variety, this wine exhibits the typical Southern Right balance of tight "Old World" minerality and length with hints of "New World” texture and body.

Beautiful aromas of white flowers, yellow apple, white pear, Meyer lemon zest and hints of Yuzu lime, combine with a compelling fresh salt-laden sea breeze character on opening.

The aromas carry through on the gently layered palate, which is bright and energised by a marked saline minerality.
