Wild African Soul Umqombothi Beer by Soul Barrel Brewing

A collaboration with Brewsters Craft: a traditional umqombothi, sour-mashed and spontaneously fermented on the grain, blended in barrel with a wild European farmhouse ale and bottle-conditioned.

Creamy pear, jammy fruit, citrus and honey melt into a funky, dry barrel character, with acidity and earthy sorghum. Unlike any beer you've tasted.

Bottle size: 375ml
