Savage - Thief In The Night Grenache 2025

High-altitude Grenache from dry-farmed bush vines on sandstone in the Piekenierskloof mountains, around 600–700 metres up. Warm days and cool nights give ripeness with freshness, perfume and natural acidity.

Duncan Savage keeps it restrained: spontaneous fermentation and partial whole bunches. Fragrant, fresh and finely textured.
