Savage Are We There Yet 2025

One of Duncan Savage's more unusual reds: Touriga Nacional and Syrah from two parcels on the Sijnn property near Malgas on the Cape South Coast, about three hours from Cape Town (hence the name). The vines grow in pebble and shale soils.

Somewhere between the Rhône and Portugal: Syrah brings dark fruit, pepper and savoury spice, and Touriga adds perfume, violets and firm tannins.
