Saurwein Om Pinot Noir 2023

Om symbolises universal creation and peace. Jessica Saurwein's Pinot Noir comes from two vineyard sites just 100 metres apart on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge. 2023 was a late vintage with very healthy fruit.

Hand-picked and sorted, cold-soaked, spontaneously fermented and matured for ten months in French oak. Red berries, spice and fynbos, with fine tannins, crisp acidity and real depth.
