Saurwein Chi Riesling 2024

Chi means life force, a nod to Chiuta, an African rain god. A crisp, hand-crafted Riesling from the Elgin valley.

Hand-picked, sorted and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. 2024 had a long, cool season: light, fresh, sunshine in a glass.
