Redbreast PX Edition

A limited Redbreast from Midleton Distillery. The classic single pot still whiskey, matured in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, is finished in Pedro Ximénez casks from southern Spain.

The PX finish adds rich dried fruit and indulgent sweetness to Redbreast's spicy pot still character.
