A revived recipe from the Mitchell & Son wine merchants: a triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey aged at least 15 years in bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Marsala casks.

Pot still spice, baked apple, mango and black cherry with hazelnut and leather; ripe fruit and pepper; a very long finish. 46% ABV.
