Pol Roger's prestige cuvée, made only in exceptional years and named for Winston Churchill, one of the house's most devoted patrons. 2018 is the first under Chef de Cave Damien Cambres.

Grand Cru Pinot Noir for structure, Chardonnay for finesse. White flowers, citrus peel and dried apricot, then blond tobacco and spice; fresh, energetic and mineral, with blood orange, poached pear and brioche.
