Launched in 2008 as Pure Brut Nature: zero dosage, equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and at least four years on the lees.

Pale gold with a fine mousse. Clove flower, rose, citrus, stone fruit and breadcrumb; firm and precise, "straight and fine as an arrow", with grapefruit, apple and pear.
