A premium Cap Classique from the Witzenberg Valley in Tulbagh, made to sit alongside the world's best sparkling wines. Inspired by obsidian volcanic glass, it comes in a striking polished black bottle.

60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, made by the traditional method with 18 months on the lees. Fresh citrus and green apple with toasted almond and brioche, fine creamy bubbles and a clean, mineral finish. 12% ABV.
