Oban 14 Year Old

A lovingly matured Highland malt: well-paced, beautifully textured and sweetly generous, its warming richness balanced by a smoky, spicy dryness.

Oily, waxy and nutty, with ripe orchard fruit, almond fruit cake, Christmas pudding and orange, then traces of brine, smoke and pine. Dense and coating, with rich fruit bread, orange zest and clove, drying to crisp green apple. A long, oaky finish. Perfect with a chocolate truffle or two.
