Nip Slip 2019 – Stellenbosch Red Blend

A limited-production Stellenbosch red blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre, made to be soft, spicy and powerful at once. Shiraz brings generous fruit and a supple texture, Cabernet adds structure, and Mourvèdre gives an earthy, savoury edge. Matured in French oak.

Expect ripe cherry, plum, blueberry and blackcurrant, developing into liquorice, tobacco, vanilla and warm spice. The label artwork is by South African artist Abe Opperman, and this 2019 bottling is individually numbered, one of 2,000 bottles.
