Faithful Hound celebrates Bordeaux-style blending, with five varieties from sites near False Bay to the shale soils of Bottelary.
Old-world class with Stellenbosch generosity: finely textured tannins, cured ham and dried porcini. Nuanced rather than powerful, balanced and moreish.
