Milk & Honey Elements Peated Cask

The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean.

This Israeli single malt whisky was matured in casks from Islay, that soaked in smoky aromas and salty flavors, and was then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt.

Milk & Honey The Elements Peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the casks' typical Islay peaty notes; the result is a delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.

Aroma: Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon.

Palate: Medium bodied. Vanilla sweetness is followed by a delicate peat touch. A light spiciness accompanies ginger and lemon flavors.

Finish: Long. The peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavors lingering on the tongue.
