MHOBA Bushfire Rum

A small-batch, single-estate sugarcane juice rum from MHOBA Distillery in Mpumalanga, inspired by the South African braai.

Instead of conventional oak, Bushfire is matured with charred staves of indigenous sickle bush, a dense hardwood prized for long-burning braai coals. It gives the rum a distinctive smoky, woody and slightly savoury character over the fresh, grassy fruit of pure cane spirit. Unlike any other rum on the shelf, and a great talking point.
