Menabrea Bionda is the flagship pale lager from Birra Menabrea, Italy’s oldest continuously operating brewery (founded in 1846) in Biella, Piedmont. Brewed using a blend of high-quality barley malts, noble hops, Alpine water and long-established Italian brewing tradition, Menabrea Bionda delivers a refined, crisp and exceptionally balanced lager.
It’s widely regarded as one of Italy’s finest premium lagers — elegant, refreshing, and crafted with remarkable consistency.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright pale gold with excellent clarity and a persistent white foam.

Nose: Clean and lightly aromatic with notes of fresh grain, floral hops, subtle herbal tones and a touch of honeyed malt.

Palate: Crisp, smooth and finely balanced. Gentle malt sweetness (biscuit and soft honey) meets delicate hop bitterness, giving the beer a refreshing, easy-drinking profile. Light citrus and herbal notes add lift while the carbonation keeps it lively on the palate.

Finish: Clean, dry and refreshing with a soft lingering malt note and a subtle touch of noble hops.
