A lively and expressive South African Chenin Blanc crafted by Marras Wines from hand-harvested bush vine grapes growing in the arid Paardeberg soils of the Swartland. This 2025 vintage is fermented in both concrete and stainless-steel vessels, then aged on the lees to build texture and mouthfeel. The result is a medium-bodied, dry white wine with vibrant acidity and mineral-driven freshness.
On the nose and palate you’ll find bright yellow fruit — apricot and peach — layered with invigorating citrus and mineral notes, giving a beautifully balanced and refreshing profile. The textured finish and clear fruit expression make it ideal to enjoy with grilled seafood, pastas, salads, or roast chicken.
