Maestro Dobel Anejo Tequila

Maestro Dobel was founded in 2008 by Juan-Domingo Beckman Legoretta, who had 11 generations of tequila-makers in his family before him, some of whom were leaders of Jose Cuervo. 

A 100% agave, single-estate, small-batch tequila aged in a combination of American white and European oak barrels. Vintages of the tequila from different phases of the aging process are blended together to achieve the desired flavour profile.

Nose: A mix of aromas released from the wood and agave include buttery caramel, almond and cinnamon notes, as well as fruity scents of pineapple and apple with a slight smokiness that stems from the toasted wood.

Palate: Sweet, nutty and vanilla flavours, with slight notes of agave and fruitiness.

Finish: A smooth, long finish
