Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate exotic notes of baked pear, candy-floss sweetness, mandarin zest, and ripe stonefruit.

Palate: Dry, vibrant, and pithy; bright acidity lifts succulent fruit, while gentle lees influence adds roundness and structure. The finish offers a refreshing, subtly savory dry grip.

Winemaking

Early-harvest Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin softly pressed, settled overnight, and fermented in seasoned French oak.

Semillon and Muscat d’Alexandrie underwent short whole-bunch maceration (6 days), then pressed to oak.

After ~5 months on fine lees, all components were blended and bottled unfined, lightly filtered—minimal intervention to preserve clarity and textural finesse
