A vibrant and refreshing Walker Bay dry rosé, part of the Brunch Club series—designed for sunny brunches, alfresco gatherings, and summer soirées. Elegant, youthful, and bursting with lifted red fruit, floral aromatics, and a dry, textured finish.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Delicate salmon-peach hue, shimmering with lightness.

Aroma: Fresh young red berries, grapefruit zest, watermelon, and potpourri on the nose.

Palate: Light yet textured, offering raspberries, strawberries, blood orange, sumac, and red currant—all wrapped in crisp acidity and elegant dryness.

Winemaking

Grenache Noir and Syrah were gently pressed and fermented in seasoned French oak after settling overnight.

Semillon and Muscat d’Alexandrie underwent six days of whole-bunch maceration before pressing—then both lots matured on fine lees in oak for five months before blending and bottling.
