Pinot Noir and Chardonnay harvested in the cool of the night, bottle-fermented and matured 18 months on the lees in Krone's underground cellar.
Silky, buoyant bubbles with winter melon, white peach and fresh pineapple; crystalline, mineral acidity and biscuity depth from extended lees ageing. Platter's 2023, 4 stars.
