Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon

A small batch bourbon in the full-flavoured pre-Prohibition style, matured in heavily charred American oak to draw out the wood's natural sugars.

Toasted nuts, grain and oak. Rich, sweet, woody and full-bodied, almost fruity, with smooth vanilla and layered caramel, and a long, rich, glowing finish.
