Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition

A 9-year-old Islay single malt and the final release in Kilchoman's original 100% Islay series. The barley was grown in the fields around the distillery, then malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled on site: Islay's only single-farm single malt.

This edition uses Concerto and Publican barley from the 2014 and 2015 harvests, lightly peated to around 20ppm and matured in 54 ex-bourbon barrels. Expect gentle peat smoke, citrus and sweet barley, with the farm's character shining through.
