Julien Schaal ‘Rosacker’ Grand Cru Riesling 2024

A dry, precise Grand Cru Riesling from Rosacker, one of Alsace's great limestone sites, above the village of Hunawihr. Its ancient Muschelkalk and Lettenkohle limestone gives the tension, citrus and mineral backbone Rosacker is known for.

Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, then fermented slowly and naturally for up to three months, with no malolactic fermentation to keep the acidity bright. Lime, lemon and grapefruit lead into white flowers. Superb with seafood or Thai dishes.
