Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve Japanese Whisky

A "Pure Malt" (as the label says) whisky from the Ichiro's Malt series, containing whisky from the closed Hanyu distillery and matured, vatted and bottled at the Chichibu distillery. This edition was given a finishing period in French wine casks.

Nose: Chocolate orange, black liquorice and creamy malt.

Palate: Red berry sweetness, oily walnut, white pepper.

Finish: Lingering Sherried spices, with a little hint of chocolate.

Alc: 46,5%
