HOXXOH Champagne Ruby Rose

A natural ruby of 0.45 carats is inserted on the central label. Corundum, red, pear. Refractive index: 1.760 - 1.770, biref: 0.010, specific Gravity: 4.00.

Bright light pink colour and vivid small bubbles. Pure and floral nose with rose petal, fresh red berries, ripe citrus and some roasted nutty notes. Good grip on the palate, youthful fruit with some mature autolyti notes, brioche and butter with crushed raspberry, red citrus, a creamy texture with bright acidity and a long grippy finish. Attractive, generous and vinous.

Grape variety : 97% Chardonnay, 3% Pinot noir.
