Hogan ‘The Galvanised’ Chardonnay 2025

Jocelyn Hogan Wilson's precise, quietly complex Chardonnay, made with old French oak and natural fermentation. For 2025, 80% comes from a 22-year-old vineyard on Summercourt Farm on the Simonsberg at about 400 metres in Banhoek, and 20% from a 12-year-old Helderberg site in Firgrove.

The grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted. Restrained and textured, with citrus, subtle oak and a long, mineral finish. A Stellenbosch Chardonnay of real finesse.
