Jocelyn Hogan Wilson's perfumed, restrained Cabernet Franc from the lower Helderberg in Stellenbosch. The fruit comes from a 15-year-old vineyard on granite, just 2km from the coast, where sea breezes help keep the freshness that defines this wine.

Careful canopy work lets the grapes ripen properly while keeping the variety's herbal charm. In the cellar it's gentle and spontaneous. Fragrant, fresh and elegant, a beautiful example of Cape Cabernet Franc.
